I agree about Detroit in the summer, but it isn't like we have anything to compare it to. It's a big city so you meet a lot of people at a lot of different stages in their lives. We see it all, it's just a quickening of life's experiences. Most people act like the animals they are, only a minority try to rise above it. Weather it be through a religous, educational or just good natured way.

That last sentence is sort of hard to understand. Not to be specifically religous, but mustn't there be a polar opposite? Who are they? Their name would be far more interesting to me.

oh i completely agree with you about detroit. and technically the polar opposite of the under-god of the city would be the sky-god. (or goddess)
but, my work with the city gods is still a work in progress. im having great difficulty channeling them. it would help ifi had someone of similar occult yarn to share my experiments but alas. although i havehad some limited succsess with the middle god (shaman god, neutral so neither above or below, but more earthen, plants-animals, god) i havent gotten a name yet but am getting use to feeling its presence. so thats a start.

Anyway, as of today, this weekend, steam is having a free play for team fortress 2. I don't know how it works, but if you want to try it out just start up steam and see what it says.
